• Prepare the Steam:

  • Boil 4-6 cups of filtered water.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of the PCOS Support V-Steam Blend to the hot water (adjust depending on the strength you prefer).
  • Allow the herbs to steep in the hot water for about 5-10 minutes.

• Steam:

  • Find a comfortable seat (preferably over a non-metallic bowl or a specially designed steam seat; some fit inside a toilet seat) and make sure the steam is not too hot. The goal is to feel the warmth without discomfort.
  • Place the bowl or container of steaming water underneath you, making sure it’s at a safe distance to avoid burns.
  • Drape a towel around your waist to trap the steam and allow it to rise up to the pelvic area.
  • Relax and enjoy the steam for about 20-30 minutes.

• Aftercare:

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
  • Avoid using tampons or any internal products for the next 24 hours to allow your body to absorb the benefits of the steam.

Extra Usage Tip:

You can also strain the herbs and use the infused water as a vaginal rinse.
